All the medication of homeopathic cure has been written by Dr G.P Singh’s observation and experience. It is only in homeopathy that the symptoms and medicine has been written in all the posts clearly. It is the responsibility of a doctor to treat the patients taking into consideration their symptoms and after proceed order doctor will call you and give you instructions about dosage.
After giving medicine to the patient, it becomes necessary for the doctor to see what reaction the life force has towards this medicine. After giving the medicine, some changes start taking place in the patient. Some changes start taking place in the symptoms of the disease which were present earlier. Are the symptoms ending, are they decreasing, are their timing changing – it is important to keep in mind all these changes. There are many irresponsible doctors who sit back after giving medicines, but the person who considers homeopathy as an art carefully observes all the changes that occur after giving the medicine.
Generally, after taking the medicine, there will be either aggravation or amelioration in the patient’s symptoms. There are two forms of aggravation – either the disease itself increases and the patient feels that his health has worsened, or the symptoms of the disease seem to increase but the patient feels that his health is improving. If the disease is progressing and the patient feels that his health is deteriorating and he is becoming weak, then it should be understood that the medicine has not been given correctly, but if the symptoms of the disease are increasing but the patient feels If his health is improving, he does not feel weak, his heart is happy, then it should be understood that the medicine has been given correctly. This is called homeopathic aggravation. Proper homeopathic medicine is the one which does not improve the disease but only improves the symptoms of the disease, and at the same time the patient says that he feels better. Such experience is found only in homeopathic medicine, not in any other medical system.
Sometimes, to attract the doctor’s attention, patients say that their health is worsening, but in reality this is not the case. Therefore, the doctor should look at the patient’s symptoms and decide for himself whether the patient’s health is actually deteriorating or whether he is saying so only to draw special attention to himself. When the doctor says a few words to console such a patient, then the patient becomes happy and if earlier he had said that he was not hungry, he starts eating immediately. By looking at the patient’s symptoms, the doctor can guess whether the patient is really becoming weak or is just making an excuse. In allopathy, the doctor has to rely on what the patient says, but in homeopathy, the patient’s symptoms themselves speak volumes, even if the patient keeps saying something. The patient’s statement should be confirmed by the symptoms.
The second thing for the doctor to keep in mind is to see whether the patient’s symptoms are coming from within or going from outside to within. The principle of homeopathic medicine is that the root of the disease is not external, it is in the life force. When the patient starts on the path of recovery, his symptoms will appear from within outwards, when the disease takes hold of him, then his external symptoms will move inwards. If an abscess appears during treatment, or discharge starts flowing from the nose or ears as a result of any medicine, which has no connection with cold etc., then it should be understood that the suppressed disease has started coming out. Naturopathy practitioners also say the same. In case of incurable diseases, although giving medicines provides temporary relief, the disease keeps on increasing from within, hence the doctor should remain focused on the direction of the symptoms and should keep seeing whether the disease is coming from within or outside. What kind of change is taking place in the symptoms. In chronic diseases, the direction of symptoms – inward or outward – indicates whether the patient is improving or deteriorating. If the disease is going inside then the patient is falling, if it is coming outside then the patient is getting cured.
As we have written above, after giving the medicine, there can be many types of reactions to the medicine of vitality. For example, the disease may keep on increasing, or the disease may start decreasing, or the symptoms of the disease may seem to be increasing but the patient’s health seems to be improving. Keeping these and all similar options in front, Dr. Kent has given 11 instructions which we are giving here-
- First instruction – When the disease continues to progress and does not improve: Imagine that a patient came to you. Slouched shoulders, suffering from cough for years, one can see that he has been suffering for a long time, pale face, thin body, troubled with anxiety. After seeing him you decide that he should be given anti-psoric medicine as his symptoms suggest. You give him medicine of 200 potency. After a week he comes, all his symptoms have increased. Cough has increased, sweats break out at night, he has become weaker than before. The homeopathic doctor wants to see that the medicine increases the symptoms so that after this increase the disease subsides. But after a week the patient comes again, now the symptoms have increased even more than before. Ever since he took the first dose of the medicine, his health has been worsening. Before taking the medicine he was not in as much pain as he is now. The disease has progressed so much that one cannot even leave the house. What all this means is that our recipe was wrong. The anti-psoric medicine given to him was very serious. He went to the heart of this disease and created havoc. The stage of the disease he had reached was incurable and his life force was not strong enough to react. Your medicine overpowered the life force. The question is, if such a patient comes to you, what will you do? Should homeopathic medicines be given to patients who are incurable from the beginning or not? Dr. Kent’s opinion in this matter is that his treatment should be started by giving him medicine of 30 or 200 potency, he should not be given medicine of higher potency than this. After giving medicine of 30 or 200 potency, one should wait to see whether the disease worsens due to the medicine, whether it persists for a long time or not. In the illustration we have mentioned above, we should have seen that the patient’s disease has not progressed too far. If there was only a possibility of it progressing too far and had not yet attacked the patient’s organs, then there was no problem, but if his vital organs had already come under the control of the disease, then a higher potency than 30 potency should be used. Giving medicine was inappropriate. Treatment of such patients should be started with 30 potency only. While starting the treatment, 30 potency is high enough and also low enough. In this way, the first principle of disease progression is that if the disease continues to increase after giving medicine and does not show signs of decreasing, then that patient is incurable, his suffering can be slowed down with the help of lower potency, it can be eradicated. can not be done. Such a patient should be given such medicines which will give him peace in his pain.
- Second instruction – When the disease progresses for a long time, but in the end the disease subsides: The second formula for disease progression is that after giving the medicine, the patient’s symptoms start increasing and his health also starts deteriorating. But after suffering so much, his disease should appear to be improving; after a long delay in his vital power, the disease should ameliorate in the final process; The progression of the disease continues for several weeks and at the end his weak vital power reacts slowly and takes the patient on the path of improvement, then it takes time for such patients to heal but in the end they survive, this means that That is, the disease had progressed a lot, but it had not progressed so much as to cause the patient to collapse. Those who start improving in this way need to be given another dose of the medicine after three months. This time, even after repeating the medicine, the same story continues, the disease progresses for a long time, but in the end the matter settles down. The first patient was incurable, this patient was not incurable but was on the edge, if he had not received the medicine at the right time, he too would have gone into the incurable category. Treatment of such patients should also be started by giving them low potency so that if the disease takes the opposite path then its antidote can be given. In this way, the second formula for disease progression is that if the disease progresses for a long time after giving medicine but starts improving after weeks, then it is not incurable, it is standing between curable and incurable, and it can be further improved by giving it lower potency.
- Third instruction – When the disease increases soon after giving the medicine, the growth is rapid but the disease starts decreasing after some time: When we see that the symptoms of the disease increase soon after giving the medicine to the patient. If, they have become acute but have lasted only for a short period, then it should be understood that the period of remission of the disease will be long, the patient will remain disease-free for a long time. The reaction of the life force of such a patient will be visible and the disease will not attack any of his vital parts. If there are symptoms of disease on any of his organs, then there will be superficial symptoms on the normal organs also. There may be swelling, boils, wounds in the glands somewhere but they can be ignored, they can be ignored. There will be no symptoms of the disease at vital sites like liver, kidney, heart, brain etc. The doctor should understand in his mind that there is a big difference in the effect of the disease on the organs necessary for vitality, i.e. on the vital organs and on the ordinary organs. Attack of the disease on the vital areas can cause worry, if the disease appears on the normal organs then it is not a matter of concern. The type of disease progression which we have just described – quick, intense, short-term – such a reaction of the life force is desired, after which the disease decline begins which is delayed. In youthful diseases, disease progression is visible in the first few hours, later the disease subsides; In chronic diseases, after a few days the disease first worsens and then improves. Thus, the third formula for disease progression is that if the disease increases soon after giving the medicine but the disease continues to deteriorate for a long time, then it should be understood that the right medicine has been given and the patient will remain fine for a long time.
- Fourth instruction – When the disease does not progress at all after giving medicine: There are such patients who do not have any organic disease, all their body parts are fine, there is no disease on any part of the body. Signs of attack are visible. Their body parts are fine, but there is some hindrance in their ‘function’. After examining every organ, examining every organ, X-ray, ECG, stool-urine-sputum, blood examination, the doctor declares that the patient does not have any disease, but The patient says that he is sick. When such a patient gets the right medicine, there is no aggravation of any kind of disease, any thorn within him that was damaged gets cured by the medicine and all the work gets completed without any aggravation of the disease. It is best to get cured without any aggravation of the disease, but even if there is a slight aggravation of the disease, the homeopathic doctor feels self-satisfaction that now the medicine is suitable and has worked. Thus, the fourth sutra in the series of disease prevention is that the disease did not increase, the disease also went away.
- Fifth instruction – When after giving the medicine, first the disease decreases and then the disease increases: Sometimes it also happens that after giving the medicine, there is a complete improvement in the disease, but after a few days the disease increases. Looks like. For example, the type of patients we have mentioned in the first two sutras, in whom the disease progressed in the beginning and for a long time, they were in the category of incurable and almost incurable; This patient is also in almost the same category, but is somewhat different from them. He immediately benefited from the medicine, but the benefit did not last long. Why did this happen? This could be for two reasons – either the medicine was superficial, not deep-going, it had a temporary effect in alleviating the symptoms, or the medicine was somewhat good, providing relief as far as it could. Till he gave relief to the patient. In such a situation its symptoms will have to be reconsidered. When the doctor reconsiders this patient’s symptoms, he may understand that the medicine he chose. He did not have all the symptoms of the patient. In such a situation he will have to change the medicine. If the patient is curable then either he will improve with the new medicine, but if the same story continues as before then the patient will be incurable. Efforts can be made to relieve the suffering of such patients, but they cannot be completely freed from the disease. Then the fifth rule in disease prevention is that after giving medicine, first the disease subsides, but then the disease increases. In such a situation, either the medicine was superficial, or the patient was almost incurable.
- Sixth instruction – When there is benefit for some time after giving the medicine, then the disease starts increasing: The principle regarding homeopathic medicine is that if the disease is curable, then the higher, higher and highest potency of the medicine will continue its healthy effect for a long time. It lasts till then because it establishes order in the body, and after that there is no need to give medicine. The body’s irregularities go away and the body runs smoothly for months, and it would be no exaggeration if it is said that now it runs more smoothly without medicines. If sulfur C.M. Or after taking any other medicine in high potency, if after four-five weeks the patient says that his health is improving, after the sixth week he says that he has started becoming weak, then first of all it should be understood that the patient has done something wrong. He has started drinking alcohol, has come in contact with some chemical elements due to which the medicine is prohibited, but if nothing like this happens, then it becomes a matter of concern. A high-potency medicine may show favorable results for a few weeks and then stop showing results – this causes concern for the patient. We have written in the third sutra that after giving the medicine, such a situation may occur that soon the disease will increase but after that the disease will start decreasing. This sixth state is the opposite of that. After getting relief for some time, the disease starts progressing. When the result of a medicine is an immediate increase in the symptoms of the disease and then they start to subside, then its effect always remains constant and the disease does not come closer. If there is an immediate reaction to the medicine and the disease worsens, then there is always a delay in the subsequent deterioration; if there is no delay then there must be some reason for stopping the healthy effect of the medicine, which is the job of the doctor to find out. . Getting immediate benefit from the medicine means that the medicine is fine and the vital power is also strong, but if the benefit is still not stable then there must be some other reason for it. After benefiting for a few days, the benefits suddenly stop or the disease starts progressing only if there is some disturbing reason or by then the patient has become incurable due to some other reason.Sometimes, in ‘acute’ diseases, after giving medicine, the disease starts decreasing completely. For example, in case of swelling of the brain, we gave Belladonna and all the symptoms went away within an hour. When Belladonna was given again after recovery, the disease subsided only for half an hour. In many diseases, Belladonna shows effect within minutes. But remission of the disease is beneficial only when the patient’s health gradually improves. Then the reduction in symptoms of the disease lasts for a long time. In a ‘acute’ disease, if the period of remission is very short, then it should be understood that the disease is in a severe form. Similarly, if in a ‘chronic’ disease, the period of remission is short, then it should be understood that the disease is Has entered every organ, which is not a good sign for the patient. After giving the medicine, a skilled doctor pays attention to whether the disease is ‘acute’ or ‘chronic’, whether the effect of the medicine was for a short time or lasted for a long time to remove the symptoms of the disease. If it happens only for a short time, then attention should be paid to the seriousness of the disease. Thus, the sixth sutra of disease progression is that after giving the medicine, the period of decline of the disease should not be short, the period of progress of the disease should be short and the period of decline of the disease should be long.
- Seventh instruction – When the patient does not get relief even after the disease subsides: Sometimes it also happens that the symptoms of the disease go away with the medicine, but the patient remains troubled in the same way. This type of patients can get only this much benefit, not more than that. Such patients suffer from many types of deficiencies, hence their improvement stops here. For example, a patient who has only one kidney and only one lung, or the blocked part of the lung has been encysted so that the disease does not progress further – such patients can be free from the disease to some extent. , not beyond that. Medicine does its job, but when the patient’s capacity is limited, then how far will the medicine help? Homeopathic medicine can provide relief to such a patient, but not cure.
- Eighth instruction – When the patient starts trying every medicine: Those patients who are susceptible and sensitive, suffer from hysteria, are of ‘Kshane Rushtah Kshane Tushtah’ nature, whatever medicine is given to them. Symptoms start appearing, there is no cure for them. They are allergic to every medicine. Give them medicine of low or high potency, they will be surrounded by the symptoms of the same medicine, and no symptoms will appear in them, the medicine itself will become their disease. These people are provers, and a higher power does the work of proving in them. If the doctor comes across a patient on whom every medicine is tried, then he should return and give 30 or 200 potency. Such patients become a cause of trouble for the doctor, their disease can be cured with 30 or 200 potency. Many people are born with this extreme sensitivity and die with it. Such persons prove to be very useful for homeopathic tests. Different medicines can be tested on them. Dr. Kent writes that people who do proving get great benefits in their health.
- Ninth instruction – When new symptoms start appearing in the patient after taking the medicine: If new symptoms start appearing after taking the medicine, then it should be understood that the medicine has been given wrong. Sometimes such new symptoms start appearing that the same old symptoms appear anew, but they go away on their own after some time and the patient returns to his previous state.
- Tenth instruction – When the old symptoms start appearing after giving the medicine: After giving the medicine, in the proportion in which the old symptoms which have passed start appearing afresh, it should be understood that the disease is curable. They disappeared because new symptoms appeared in their place. This type of manifestation of old symptoms is often found after the disease progresses. The principle of homeopathy is that the symptoms of the disease go away in the reverse order in which they appear. If this process is taking place, the patient should be told that he is on the path to recovery. When a disease occurs, the symptoms that come first and in the order in which they came go back and go in the same order, they go away without any medicine. This also means that it is beneficial not to give medicine while this process is happening because the medicine given earlier is working. If the old symptoms return and persist, then it is time to give the medicine again.
- Eleventh instruction – When the symptoms start taking the wrong direction: It is also possible that the symptoms do not go the way they should and they take the wrong direction. For example, you gave medicine to a patient for knee or foot arthritis, the disease went away completely but the patient suffered from heart trouble or some pain arose in the center of the spine. Seeing this change in location, the doctor should immediately understand that the disease has shifted from outside to inside. In such a situation, the medicine should be completely banned (Antidote), otherwise just as the disease had entered the nerve fibers there due to the disease attacking the knee, now it will leave that place and go to a new place. The principle of homeopathy is that the disease gets cured and moves out of the core areas towards the skin, leaving the heart, lungs, brain and spine, which are the internal sensitive areas, and settles on the skin. When such a process starts happening as a result of the medicine, then it should be understood that the patient has started getting cured. This is the reason why arthritis patients remain fine as long as the disease is limited to their fingers and thumbs etc. While trying to remove these problems, it is dangerous to divert the disease towards heart etc. The emergence of boils during treatment is a good sign because it is possible that the patient had suppressed the disease emerging from the skin with some ointment, the disease had become internal, now it has come out with appropriate homeopathic medicine. Now instead of suppressing it, it should be treated with homeopathy, it will not go inward and give rise to any new disease, and it itself will be cured with homeopathy treatment.
